Shipping Locations

We ship domestically within New Zealand via NZ Post.
 
Shipping to Australia is available via NZ post. 
  • 'Courier' service, includes Tracking
  • Flat rate of $25 NZD ($20 AUD)
  • Takes approximately 3-8 business days
International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for international shipping options.
 

Order Processing Time

We aim to process/ship all orders within One Business Day.

Please note, if your order was placed on a public holiday or a Friday, it will be processed the following business day / Monday. 
 

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped from Auckland and handled by NZ Post with Overnight Courier upgrade!
 
FREE Pickup is available in Eden Terrace, Auckland during Weekdays.
 
Combine Shipping w/ Other Orders is available if you want to ship your new order with another order.
 

Shipping Costs

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:
  • Urban Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Rural Delivery: 2-3 business days
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or due to unforeseen delays from NZ Post.
 

Packaging and Handling

We treat every order with the same care and attention we’d expect as collectors ourselves—whether it’s a single card or a large shipment.
 
Cards are securely packed using protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, team bags, painter’s tape, and bubble wrap. We also reinforce each order with extra cardboard or additional wrapping to ensure everything arrives safely and in excellent condition.
 
Larger orders are placed in appropriately sized parcel boxes and cushioned with wrapping paper to prevent movement and minimize risk during transit.
 

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
 
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with NZ Post to resolve the issue.
