Identifying Preorders

Items available for preorder will display "*THIS IS A PREORDER!" at the top of the product description. The following preorder policy applies to these products until their official release date.

Paying For Preorders

Payment is required upfront. You may choose to pay in full, but we also offer the option to Secure your preorder with a 25% deposit! Select the "25% Deposit" option at checkout and pay via Bank Transfer.

Unless other arrangements are made, the remaining balance is due once we have the product on hand - we will be in touch via email. Feel free to contact us if needed; we are flexible and can cater to your needs, especially if you are a long-time valued customer.

Notes About Preorders

Early bird pricing is active for all preorders! So prices may increase upon release, act quickly to secure the best price!

We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but final products may vary from initial prototypes.

Receiving Your Preorder

Release and shipping dates are listed on product pages. These dates are estimates and may change due to unforeseen international shipping and NZ customs delays. We will communicate any delays via Email and/or Facebook.

If your delivery address changes after placing a preorder, please contact us as soon as possible to update your order.

Supplier Cancellations & Stock Shortages

In rare cases, our suppliers may cancel or reduce our allocations due to production or printing issues. If we cannot supply your preordered item, you will receive a full refund, including shipping, with no additional fees.

Canceling A Preorder

Multiple Preorders With Different Release Dates

Orders over $300: Items are dispatched as they become available.
Orders under $300: Items are dispatched once all are available for shipping.

Preorders With In-Stock Products

Orders over $300: In-stock items are dispatched immediately, and preorder items are shipped when available.
Orders under $300: All items are dispatched together once available.

We will do our best to secure and fulfill all preorders at the lowest prices.
