Preorder Info

Items available for preorder will display a "Preorder Countdown" on the products page. The following preorder policy applies to these products until their official release date.

 

Payment is required upfront. You may choose to pay in full, but we also offer the option to Secure your preorder with a 25% deposit! Simply select the "NZ Bank Transfer" option at checkout and bank transfer 25% of the total price.

 

Unless other arrangements are made, the remaining balance is due on the products official release date. Feel free to contact us if needed; we are flexible and can cater to financial needs, especially for our valuable customers.

 

Early bird pricing is active for all preorders! Prices may increase upon release, so act quickly to secure the best price!

 

We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, however, final products may vary from initial previews/prototypes.

 

Release and shipping dates are listed on product pages. These dates are estimates and may change due to unforeseen international shipping and NZ Customs delays. We will communicate any delays via Email and/or Social Media channels.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

 

If your delivery address changes after placing a preorder, please contact us as soon as possible to update your order.

 

In rare cases, our suppliers may cancel or reduce our allocations due to production or printing constraints. If we cannot supply your preordered item, you will receive a full refund, including shipping, with no additional fees.
